Chick Order Form 2026

Ordering info and conditions:

1. All orders must be pre-paid, non-refundable.  Once we order these birds, you have purchased them.
   Please note that this form does not collect payment. After submitting the form, you may:
   • Stop by the store at your convenience to make payment, or
   • Wait for us to contact you — management will reach out within two business days to arrange payment.

   Your chick order will be confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Our hatchery guarantees 90% accuracy on sexed chicks.  Some of your “pullets” may be cockerels.
3. 100% live guarantee for 24 hours.
4. We will notify you immediately on arrival.  Chicks must be picked up within 48 hours after notification.
5. Chicks not picked up are subject to sale. A $10/day caretaker charge may be assessed after 48 hours.
6. Minimums by breed/variety for special orders are: 8 chickens, 5 turkeys, ducks & guineas, 3 geese.
7. We cannot ship to a Bush address. Village customers must pick their birds up at the store.
8. Birds should arrive every week.  Orders must be placed a minimum of three weeks in advance.
