Moosetard Mustards

Kasha Ostbloom started with a recipe for Grandma Hahn’s German Mustard. She improved on that by substisting locally made Spruce Tip Syrup for brown sugar and corn syrup, and the first version of Moosetard was born. Moosetard quickly became a hit at the Tanana Valley Farmer’s Market and has gone on to widespread distribution. Kasha’s creative use of local ingredients has resulted in many unique flavors.
